3Eligibility & Age Requirement

5Betting Rules

When placing bets on xgbet, the following rules must be observed at all times. These rules apply across all betting types — Sports Betting, casino, and live dealer games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except via the cash-out option in live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are placed on those odds, xgbet reserves the right to void such bets.
• Betting on match-fixing or using any fraudulent means to obtain results will result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Exploiting any system bug or technical error to gain a betting advantage is strictly prohibited.
• xgbet reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• If an event is cancelled or deemed void, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xgbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be fulfilled.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. You must bet the specified number of times before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to use the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.

• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the promotional offer expires.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xgbet platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

• Opening an account using a fake identity or someone else's personal information.
• Any attempt to hack the system or carry out a cyberattack of any kind.

• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Spreading false information about or against xgbet.
• Betting using bots or any automated software.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Xgbet may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If the required information for verification is not provided.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• When the user themselves request a Self-Exclusion.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and there is no evidence of rule violations, that balance will be refunded. However, in cases of confirmed violations, all remaining balance may be forfeited.
